This class is built on CrossFit fundamentals with a few minor tweaks. We focus mainly on maintaining a high heart rate, while incorporating both weighted and body weight movements. The main goal of this class is midline isolation and maintaining intensity throughout the entirety of the class as opposed to heavy lifting.
