Howdy! Hope everyone's having a b-e-a-utiful Monday. We're welcoming in a new year of training with a re-vamped schedule with some exciting additions.
First off, the 6AM Cardio Class is sadly lacking in attendance! This is a great class if you want to get in, get out and get on with your day. We are seriously considering expanding this morning class to a fuller-time schedule if we see some more faces show up!
The next new addition to the schedule is our "Barbell 45 Club" class. We'll be hosting this class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7AM and 7:30PM, and Saturdays at 11AM. This slower paced class focuses on breaking down and isolating specific lifts and progressions. So, for all you snatch haters out there (we know who you are), this is the perfect opportunity to turn one of your weaknesses into a strength.
For those of you who just don't get enough bike interval work on Saturdays, we are adding in two scheduled bike classes throughout the week, Tuesday and Thursday at 11AM. If you haven't had the pleasure of experiencing one of these 30-min sweat-seshs... come try it out this Saturday at 9AM.
