What is your go-to snack when trying to curb your hanger?  Go to snack is probably oatmeal. I will eat it any time of the day haha

What made you want to start CrossFit? I wanted to start CF to make a lifestyle change. A regular gym just wasn't cutting it for me. My boyfriend Gabe introduced me to CFW and I was hooked the first day. I love the structure and intensity of it.

Who do you consider to be your accountability partner and how do they keep you on track? I consider Becca to be my accountability partner because we are alike in so many ways. She always gives me the extra boost of confidence I need. We also work really well together and push each other! Also, I love my crossfit fam and all of the support they give me, I know I can count on them too!

If you were stranded on island and could bring only one item (doesn't have to be CrossFit related), what would it be? If I could bring one item it would be Gabe so he can be stranded with me lol

If you could only do one CrossFit movement or workout while stranded on said island (above), what would that be? I would find a nice tree branch and do some toes2bar. I don't know why but I love T2B lol 

What do you do for fun outside of CrossFit? More crossfit, or Gabe and I are always going out to eat somewhere lol

You were named athlete of the quarter, do you feel like you changed physically or mentally in your training in the last 3 months? I definitely feel stronger and more aware of what my body is capable of doing!
